This article is more about driving a horse. Horse Riding is great fun for the whole family. It is a universal sport, which can also be used as a device aimed at the integration of a group of people. Sport is a relatively expensive, but it can be practiced in many places in Poland. It is not too widespread, mainly because the richest can afford to maintain a horse and travel to the stables. Please note that this is not the only entertainment for spermatophyte lovers of horses and nature, but also for people who have nothing to do with those interests. Of course, it is essential training for people who do not have the beginnings of each other in the saddle. For them, the sport may seem difficult, but after a few prosecutor begin to think differently and perhaps discover a new passion. After the training course, a properly prepared participant can enjoy the contact with the horse, stay close to nature, and forget about the stressful events of work, family and personal problems. Obscure nature of man can break away from the hustle and bustle of big city and truly relax.
